Design better services by seeing through others’ eyes. In this hands-on workshop, empathy becomes your most powerful design skill. You discover how to expand your empathic horizon and train your empathic ability. You work with proximity, energy and embodiment techniques to experience the components of empathy directly. You will also learn about the theoretical concept of empathy. This workshop is offered in collaboration with Brian Pagan an expert on creative empathy.
