Sustainability within Waternet

Sustainability is embedded in Waternet’s mission, and Watenet has launched a series of promising pilots. Yet scaling these initiatives proved challenging, with organisational inertia slowing momentum.

Together with design agency Muzus, we designed a reporter kit and facilitated a series of workshops that enabled employees to pause, reflect, and engage in meaningful dialogue about sustainability as individuals, as professionals, and as an organisation.

This process resulted in a set of tangible prototypes which help employees to make sustainable choices in ways that fit their values and needs. The result of this project empowered people across the organization to make more informed, sustainable choices in their everyday work.
