Living with Diabetes
These customer experience projects helped shift the organisation toward a more customer-centric mindset while developing new service and product portfolios. We explored everyday experiences of living with diabetes through design research in the US, the Netherlands, and Germany.
Insights were translated into various tools such as journey maps for both Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, and an extensive library of real-life video stories. We facilitated a range of workshops for new product development teams with these tools. Data was also validated with one of the partners involved.
